This is the Cable Interface board for the Hiway Traffic Director. Because of the redundant design of the HTD, two of these boards are used in each HTD.

This card provides the interface between TTL levels within the HTD and the Data Hiway. The board has three separate circuits, one for each port of the HTD. The circuitry includes a 10 MHz crystal clock, divider circuits, and logic to perform the repeater function between the three HTD ports.
